Wow, I took these pictures like 3 years ago. They show my American friend in Summer 2008 when she visited me and her family in Germany. She's funny. Oh and. I love her style.

I must admit, those photos are not the typical self-portaits. I like to experience with make-up. Eyes are very fascinating to me. Don't worry, the last one is photoshopped. I can't move my eyes like that.

Yes, I'm also shooting with men. It's so uncomplicated shooting with them. They usually have the same facial expression and the same posing, so it's not that hard to find pretty photos of them.

Das hier sind Fotos von einem alten Fabrikgelände in Lüdenscheid. Ich fand's mal ganz cool, nicht immer nur schöne Dinge zu fotografieren, sondern auch mal heruntergekommene Gebäude.

These are photos of an old factory site in Luedenscheid. I thought it was a pretty cool idea to try something new than always photographing the beautiful things. So, here's a very run-down building.

Gitarre

Eine Freundin fragte mich, ob ich nicht Fotos von ihrer Gitarre machen wolle. Sie ist gerade dabei, ihr Zimmer umzugestalten und ich sollte mit Fotos von ihrer Gitarre mitwirken. Diese Bilder werden als bald in Posterformat an ihrer Wand hängen. ;)

A friend of mine asked me, if I'd like to take some photos of her guitar. She is currently redesigning her room and my photos are going to be posters at her wall. ;)

Portraits

Viele fragen mich, ob ich von jedem Fotos mache. Die Antwort ist: ja. Natürlich. Ich freue mich über jeden, dem meine Arbeit gefällt und der auch gerne Fotos von sich machen lassen möchte.

Bisher hab ich es geschafft, von jedem schöne Fotos zu machen. Auch von Leuten, die vorher meinten, sie wäre unfotogen.

Many people ask me if I take photos of everyone. The answer is: yes. Of course. I'm happy about everybody who likes my work and who wants to be shot by me. Until now, I have managed to take pretty pictures of everyone. Even of those who said that they were unphotogenic.

Schloss

Dies sind einige Bilder, die ich am Schloss Neuenhoff in Lüdenscheid aufgenommen habe. Besonders interessant fand ich die Details des Metalltores.

These are some photos I took at Schloss Neuenhoff in Luedenscheid. To me the details of the metallic door were pretty interesting.

Strand

Einige sehr typische Touristen-Strandfotos. Mit dem Fokus auf die Wellen oder auf die Steine konnte ich mich allerdings etwas von den kitschen klischee Sonnenuntergangsbildern lösen.

Some very typical tourist beach photos. Putting the focus on the surges or on stones, I managed to detach myself from cheesy-cliche-sunsetphotos.

Pusteblumen

Fotos von Pusteblumen, die ich innerhalb der letzten Jahre geschossen habe. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass sie sehr facettenreich sind.

Photos of blowballs, which I have taken during the last couple of years. It occurred to me that they are kind of multifaceted.

Im Dortmunder Zoo. Mit meiner Kamera ausgestattet unternahm ich den Versuch, Nahaufnahmen eines Tigers zu machen. Hat doch einigermaßen geklappt.

At Dormund's Zoo. Equipped with my camera, I tried to do some close up shots of the Tigers. It somewhat worked out.
